RETURNS/EXCHANGES HATS/CLOTHING (US ONLY)
Returns/exchanges are only permitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds/exchanges will not be permitted on items returned after 30 days.
Washed or used Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value.
Grant Bryan is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. In the event that a package is lost or damaged during shipment the customer is responsible for filing all claims with the mail carrier. Grant Bryan is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of mail carrier.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Delivery takes 3-5 business days inside the States when selecting the basic $5.99 shipping method (USPS/FedEx). For customers who would like the FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Standard Overnight shipping methods the order must be placed before 2pm EST to guarantee those delivery times. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day. (FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so unfortunately the 2-Day and Overnight options are not available for those shipping to a P.O. Box, we're sorry!) FedEx 2-Day and Overnight both do not deliver on weekends
Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays, and throughout the weekends, will be processed on Mondays. Please note that even if 2-Day or Overnight shipping is selected it will not be processed till the next business day.
For international orders please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees!

*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
